The staffs of course! all staffs that I met..from Front desk, bell boy, security, restaurant.... All of them looks well-trained. Very friendly. .. Location is good! The bread store next to hotel entrance is good, nice marketing to give free bread for each room.. I bought about 20 breads during my stay there... 😂😂😂 The rooms, baths are clean, convenient.. Good value for money. The physical hotel is better than the picture..the hotel needs to update their pictures in booking.com...

The hotel is located in the center of the city so getting around places is easy, for example the market and souvenir places. Getting to other places such as Kompeng and Telomoyo is also possible and not too far from the hotel. Convenient stores are also close by and within walkable distance. The place is clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. They help us with suggestions on where to find souvenirs local to Salatiga. There is also a bike for rent.

The hotel has an appealing Javanese traditional feel with jasmine scent and gamelan music in the lobby, and lots of dark wood furniture. Everything is very well managed and maintained.

Executive room was great. Good size and comfortable grounds were well maintained and pools were good. Breakfast was ok.

The staff give us the rooms like what we ask. We asked for room with connecting door and also the bonus bread and the dinner. Thank you laras Asri, we sure, will be stay there again in next traveling...
